One of the best things about moving to BA was finding Good Shepherd. I have a large furry family so a good vet is very important to us, and they have definitely been the best. The entire staff is awesome and compassionate, and I wouldn't take my cats or dogs anywhere else!

Our puppies have been going to Good Shepherd since we adopted them and we (puppies included) think everyone there is THE BEST! They always remember the pups names as well as mine and make everyone feel welcome and loved. They get us in quickly and make the visit as painless and hassle-free as possible. We couldn't be happier with our choice of vet for our newest fur babies.

Very caring staff. Ladies at front desk, Vet Techs and of course the Drs. Full service clinic and boarding, and they also trim your animals nails at no charge. Most places charge for this service. I give Good Shepherd 5 solid stars!

The care given to our furbabies is exceptional!!! We have used Good Shepherd since the opening near our home. The doctors and staff were our support in treating, then saying goodbye to our three elderly cats. We now have three youngsters keeping us on our toes. If an illness or injury occurs, I can count on Good Shepherd to see us through!

My family has been taking our pets to Dr. Long for approximately 15 years. He is an extraordinarily skilled veterinarian of the highest character. He and his staff have always gone the extra mile to ensure that our pets receive the best care available and that we understand our options and his recommendations for treatment. In addition to veterinary care, we also board our dog with Dr. Long when we go out of town. We always return to find our furry family member to be happy and healthy. Thank you Dr. Long and staff!!!

We've used Good Shepherd for our English bulldog for several years and they have always addressed her illnesses quickly and with little discomfort for our dog. Prices are reasonable for both medical and boarding (we also board here as well). I would suggest good Shepherd to anyone looking for a new vet.

We have used Good Shepherd since we got our puppy, 5 years ago. They are great. We get a reminder when it’s time for shots or a checkup. Good Shepherd follows up every visit with a personal call. We have never had a problem with the care provided or a surprise charge. We also like the dental cleaning specials they offer a couple of times a year.

Dr. Long and his entire staff are the most compassionate people you will ever meet. They have cared for our dog for 6 years and we have never received such wonderfull care for our pets. The care and concern they give to our dog also carries over to us. They understand that as owners we hurt and grieve when our pet is sick or in our case dying and do everything possible to comfort us

This place is seriously a life saver!! I had an incident at my house where 3 neighbor dogs broke through the fence and attacked my Great Dane. I had never been to this vet before but a neighbor had and she called and they told us to head that way. They fixed my baby all up and he healed amazingly. They also had no issue boarding all 3 of my dogs while we got the fence fixed. They kept us up to date on everything along the way and we couldn’t have had a better experience.
